Only 1 member is permitted in the club at a time.
Members who are vaccinated can enter the club without a mask on.
Please remain at a safe 6′ distance from PUPS team members when inside the Club.
Guidelines for Visiting Our Clubs
These guidelines are designed to protect you, your fellow members, and our team.
All members must be wearing a mask. We will refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask.
Only one member is permitted inside the club at one time. If there is another member in the club, you must wait until they vacate before you may enter.
When interacting with PUPS team members, please maintain a 6’ distance between yourselves.
Members are not permitted to wait in the club for services to be rendered. Members are only permitted to be inside the club to check-in or check-out for service.
All viewing areas beyond the reception area are off-limits to members.
Please use hand sanitizer dispensers located at the reception desk before and after coming in contact with any surface, equipment, or personnel in the club.
Our clubs are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Each club also has state of the art air handling and filtration systems. Due to COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning protocols to wipe down contact surfaces after each member visit. We also want to limit contact as much as possible. You may request curbside pick-up and drop-off as well as contactless payment or payment by phone. We want to do everything in our power to ensure a safe environment for you, your pup, and our people.
Dealing With the Pandemic
A message from our CEO
The business of caring for live animals is challenging under normal circumstances. When you add in a pandemic, every small challenge becomes much bigger. I can tell you that I have had many long days and sleepless nights since mid March thinking about big questions like, how to safely operate our clubs, how to take care of our team, how to still be of service to our members, and what is the new business landscape going to look like while we are still dealing with COVID-19? I’ve also been working side by side answering phones and greeting members with our amazing Member Service Reps, bathing and fluffing dogs for our talented Groomers, and helping supervise our pack of playful pups with our caring Daycare Attendants. I’ve even had the opportunity to meet some members and pups in person either at the club or transporting their dogs that I may not have met if it weren’t for COVID-19. I am grateful for every one of these experiences. I see them as the silver lining in an otherwise dark cloud.
Like any job, there are certain things that I have to do that I do not enjoy. I can now add dealing with a pandemic to that list! What makes it worthwhile to me and what keeps me going despite the arduous working days and sleepless nights is that I love what we do and I believe in what we stand for. Above all, I have been deeply moved by our team’s and our members’ kindness and generosity especially during this most difficult period. To me, that epitomizes what I believe the PUPS family is all about!
