Gingr gives you more control and convenience. You can book services anytime online, get real-time updates, and access pet report cards – all in one place. You can also start purchasing your packages directly in the system, including when we offer our special promotions.
No, If you are currently a member of PUPS Pet Club, your information has been transferred into the new system.

Yes, we have uploaded your information into your profile in Gingr. This can be found in the account profile. This includes future reservations, package credits, PUPbucks and your pet profiles.
To complete your profile, we will need your help
Verify your contact information including emergency contacts
Upload your credit card information so that we can make purchasing and checking
Upload your pet’s picture to your profile
If we already have your pet’s records, we’ll do out best to transfer them. However, we ask you to verify / update vaccination records in Gingr to ensure everything is current.

Yes! If you are a premium member or when you purchase your daily access, you will still have access to our cameras. You can navigate to the webcams via our website or the Gingr portal. Links will be provided once we go-live with Gingr!
Yes! You can continue to apply your membership benefits when we switch to the new system. When you come in, you can confirm with our PUPS team.
