It’s been a running theme in my life that I’ve always found myself in the right place when I wasn’t looking for it. That is certainly the case with my journey at PUPS. Prior to joining the PUPS team, I had been working in theatre and interior design. I joined the team at PUPS in Gold Coast with the intention of resetting while I looked for my next opportunity in my field. What I found here was a passion for helping other pet parents find solutions for their pet care needs. As a dog dad of two, my world revolves around them and I know our members feel the same! I’m excited to be leading the River North team, where my top goal is to provide a safe, fun, and productive environment for every pup in our care.

Murphy is a big mama’s boy but is always excited to see his favorite staff. They are very accepting of his personality quirks. It is a huge relief knowing he is well cared for whether I leave him during the work day or board him for several days. The training with Christie was instrumental to getting him adjusted after our cross country move, and learning to live in a condo. I Have been a very grateful client for over 18 months and cannot recommend them more.
Highly recommend this new doggy daycare. Excellent staff, super clean, great video cams to watch your pup, who will get tons of attention from the attendants. I've had my dog Henley groomed here and she looks fantastic and I love that she can get groomed and then go back into daycare to play.
Pups has been amazing with my new puppy (Xochi) for the last month. They have provided support to ensure her first few critical months as a puppy have been full of positive experiences! They take notes and follow through with a report card to ensure you are informed of her stay with them. She has a safe spot for life!
My dog has been going to pups pet club for daycare on a weekly basis for almost a year now. She’s always so excited the whole walk over and dead tired when we get home. I buy the packages and they are very flexible when I’ve needed to freeze it due to her being sick, or when she was spayed since you need to use them in an allotted amount of time. I always look forward to the cute report card you get towards the end of each day, The staff is also very very friendly and I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend this place for their daycare services.
Louie drags me all the way to the front door because he loves this team so much! Making new puppy and human friends are his fav and the team here is very accommodating and committed to making puppies happy:). Highly recommend bringing your puppy here!
