New Member Checklist
1. Create Your Profile
Set up your member & pet profile through our Gingr system.
This is where you’ll add your contact information, authorized account members, veterinarian details, vaccination records, and important information about your dog’s behavior, routine, and preferences.
2. Sign the Agreement
Review and sign our Member Service Agreement.
This helps set clear expectations and allows us to safely care for your dog in a social environment.
3. Add a Payment Method
A valid credit card must be kept on file before booking services.
This allows for a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
4. Provide Vaccination Records
To keep all dogs safe and healthy, please provide up-to-date records for:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella
- A fecal test (every 6 months) is also required. We offer in-club fecal testing with a 48-hour turnaround for your convenience.
- Canine Influenza (optional, but highly recommended)
You can upload your records in Gingr, email them to our team, or bring them with you to your first visit.
5. Add Your Veterinarian
Include your veterinarian’s information so we can act quickly in case of an emergency and provide the best care possible.
6. Health Check
All dogs must be healthy and symptom-free before attending.
If your dog is feeling unwell, we ask that you keep them home and notify our team.
