Message from the founder

There is not one day that goes by where I don’t think about the immense responsibility we have to you, our members. After a tragic event at another pet care provider that took the life of my beloved St. Bernard, Sydney, I was inspired to start a dog daycare business. Right then and there, I made a promise that no pet parent would ever have to experience what I went through while their dog is in our care. When you sign up with PUPS, you are not signing up just to bring your dog to daycare, or have them trained, or groomed – you are joining our family! Therefore, you should always expect to be treated with kindness and respect. You should always expect for your dogs to receive the most compassionate and loving care. And you should always expect for us to do the right thing! I truly believe that every day is an opportunity for us to prove to you, your dogs, and to ourselves that we can live up to these expectations.
