Meet Carly, Our River North Club General Manager

At PUPS Pet Club, we’re all about celebrating the incredible team members who make our clubs thrive. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Carly, our General Manager at the River North Club. Carly’s journey with PUPS began in 2021 when she joined as a Member Services Representative. With a degree in mechanical engineering, she brought a unique perspective and a passion for problem-solving to the role.

It wasn’t long before Carly’s dedication and leadership qualities shone through, leading her to quickly rise through the ranks. Now, as the General Manager of our River North Club, Carly exemplifies the values and mantra of PUPS Pet Club of reliability, community and caring. Her role doesn’t stop at managing the club; she also plays a crucial part in shaping our social media strategy, bringing her creativity and insight to our online presence.
