Our Experience Shows

Our expert dog groomers have experience grooming every standard and designer dog breed that exists. Whether you need grooming for puppies or a giant slobbery friend, we have the expertise to handle it! You can feel comfortable making any specific request for a particular style. And if you don’t like your dog’s haircut, the next one will be free. Of course, if it is just a basic bath that you need, we can certainly handle that request.

Nothing is too crazy

All PUPS grooms include a bath, blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and styling. However, we have many more dog spa services available such as teeth brushing, skin therapy, anal gland expression, and even pawdicures. We also have special treatments for dogs with fleas or skin allergies.

Can I watch my dog on camera while they're at PUPS?
Yes! PUPS offers a live camera feature that lets you tune in and see what your pup is up to throughout the day. It’s a great way to stay connected — especially when you’re at work or out of town.
Are seasonal activities included in daycare?
Yes! Seasonal and themed activities like Halloween dress-ups and photo shoots are included and are a fun way for your pup to participate in club events. You’ll even receive adorable photos!
How does PUPS handle health concerns?
If anything seems off or your dog shows any potential signs of illness, the PUPS team will contact you right away. Pet health and safety are top priorities.
Is overnight boarding available?
Absolutely. Overnight stays are available and include attentive care from the team. Many members, like Mel from South Loop, trust PUPS with their pups when traveling.

The daily life of a dog can be completely messy, especially if you live in a city. In a moment’s notice, your dog may take a roll in the mud but your home and furnishings shouldn’t have to suffer. Most dogs should be groomed every 4-6 weeks in order to keep them free from matting and to check them for skin irritation or ear infections.
