Dylan Feulner
I’ve spent 16+ years in the pet-care industry, leading daycare, boarding, grooming, retail, and training teams across Chicago. I’m passionate about helping people grow into confident leaders who care deeply about the pets and families we serve. My leadership style centers on empathy, clarity, accountability, and building a culture where people feel supported and proud of their work. Outside of work, my family is everything to me. I’m a husband and a dad to two daughters (ages 2 and 11), and our Cocker Spaniel, Bubs, is basically our third child. Whether we’re exploring the city or enjoying time at home, they’re the reason I show up every day striving to be my best.
Jenn Rhodes
With 10 years of experience in pet care and leadership, I’m passionate about creating safe, fun, and enriching environments for dogs of all sizes. As an Area Manager, I oversee multiple locations, working closely with teams to ensure every pup receives exceptional care and every pet parent has a positive experience. I’m committed to building strong teams and upholding high standards in safety, cleanliness, and service. I take pride in fostering a culture that supports both the dogs and the people who care for them. My goal is simple: every dog leaves happy, healthy, and tired from a full day of play, and every team member feels supported and proud of their work.
