I have over two decades of pet industry experience. Throughout my career I have always been committed to providing the best service to our members – both two-legged and four-legged.
I have a background in finance & technology and worked for Accenture Consulting before starting my first pet business. My promise to each and every pet parent that comes into contact with PUPS is that I dedicate everyday to upholding the values we feel are most sacred in our business – professionalism, honesty, respect, empathy, and trust. If you ever feel that you are not experiencing these values for yourself or your dog at PUPS, I want you to contact me. My promise to you is that I will never take the trust you put in us to care for your pup for granted!
I have been in the pet services industry since 2018. I managed two large dog daycare facilities in Nashville, TN for three years. For the 15 years prior to entering the pet industry I served in various mangerial roles around the world for Fortune 500 companies.
My love of dogs and our great city of Chicago combined with my expertise as a manager have perfectly collided in my role with PUPS. It is my mission to have our team and facilities prepared to serve the needs of your family as we do mine. I have two pups whom I love dearly named Turner and Bobby. We are all excited to be back home in Chicago where my daughter, sisters, lifelong friends all reside. I always tell my friends and family to “do what you love for work and you’ll never work a day in your life.” This couldn’t be any more true for me.
No matter the role or title, I have always tried to align myself with businesses, brands, and individuals that allow me to combine what I am good at, with what I am passionate about.
No matter the role or title, I have always tried to align myself with businesses, brands, and individuals that allow me to combine what I am good at, with what I am passionate about. I have more than two decades of experience working for some of the largest marketing agencies and Fortune 100 brands, but the pandemic helped me realize I needed a change. It was a good time in both my professional and personal life to take a new path, matching my passion with a purpose. I’m thrilled to be a part of the PUPS team, leading marketing efforts to make sure you are informed and receive expert support and guidance from our company. I am committed to helping your family get the most out of your PUPS Pet Club experience.
My passion in life is working with dogs and their families to create a safe, comfortable, and most importantly fun life together! I have been training dogs since 2007, and my priority is making sure families know how to communicate with their dog in a positive and respectful way.
Training your dog is such an important part of bonding and learning each other’s needs and wants, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My goal is to help my clients understand the “why” behind what their dogs are doing or thinking and work together to reinforce behaviors that are both beneficial and necessary to live together in harmony and happiness. Communication with your dog is key, and I think of myself as a “dog translator” here to help you speak “dog” fluently! I also have a four-year-old Doberman named Zelda who loves to learn new tricks and go to the dog beach whenever possible.
I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2018. Shortly thereafter, I began my professional career as a teacher and then moved to educational sales.
I joined PUPS with the mission to ensure that our members receive all pertinent information they require to help them make the best decisions to care for their pup. My team and I strive to make you feel as welcomed and comfortable with our company as your dog does when he/she visits our club for daycare, overnights, grooming or any of the other amazing services we offer here. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of a company that holds itself to such a high standard and takes action to back it up. I know that when my team and I introduce you and your pup to our services, that you will always get the high quality care that you both deserve and expect. I wouldn’t settle for any less for my dog, Echo, either!
I began working in HR in a volunteer capacity with a young nonprofit, and it means a lot to me that I can contribute to a mission and culture that I genuinely believe in.
Being on the PUPS team is a great opportunity to work with like-minded people and one of my greatest loves- dogs! I’ve spent my life caring for pets of friends, neighbors, and my own, while my professional experience has largely centered on working with people. I’m excited to be in a position where I can support both the pups and the people that care for them.
