I have over two decades of pet industry experience. Throughout my career I have always been committed to providing the best service to our members – both two-legged and four-legged.
I have a background in finance & technology and worked for Accenture Consulting before starting my first pet business. My promise to each and every pet parent that comes into contact with PUPS is that I dedicate everyday to upholding the values we feel are most sacred in our business – professionalism, honesty, respect, empathy, and trust. If you ever feel that you are not experiencing these values for yourself or your dog at PUPS, I want you to contact me. My promise to you is that I will never take the trust you put in us to care for your pup for granted!

I bring over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations Management with a dedication to developing and leading people.
I am committed to fostering a positive team attitude among our pet care professionals as well as ensuring efficiency in our operations. The foundation of our company culture is based upon respect and inclusivity throughout our organization. I am committed to fostering that culture because I believe it is tantamount to our ability to properly care for our members’ dogs.

I have more than two decades of experience working for some of the largest marketing agencies and Fortune 100 brands, but the pandemic helped me realize I needed a change. It was a good time in both my professional and personal life to take a new path, matching my passion with a purpose. I’m thrilled to be a part of the PUPS team, leading marketing efforts to make sure you are informed and receive expert support and guidance from our company. First and foremost, I am a proud dog mom of a Doberman named Zelda! I have been working in leadership roles within Human Resources, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, and Operations for the last 15 years.
I have been in the pet industry for the majority of those years and have loved being able to combine my two great passions – people and pups! My background in leadership and love for dogs has put me in the place I’m meant to be as the Director of Human Resources and Outside Services! This role allows me to make sure all PUPS team members have the tools and support they need to keep our member’s dogs safe, secure, and happy!.
